Job summary

Evolito Ltd. is seeking a Controller Lead Engineer in Bicester to lead the delivery of high‑voltage motor control units for aerospace propulsion systems.

You will coordinate activities across electronics, embedded software and mechanical engineering to meet technical, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. You will review simulation results, test data and engineering evidence, drive technical decisions, and report progress to customers and programme leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with motor control units and embedded systems in safety-critical environments.
• Ability to understand and review technical requirements, analyses and test data.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities across electronics, software and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Motor Control Units for customer programmes within cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate across Electronics, Embedded Software and Mechanical Engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reviews and communicate risks with mitigations.
