Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Contract Manager to lead our Term Maintenance division in London, owning the project lifecycle from planning through to completion and coordinating with clients, supervisors and subcontractors to maintain progress and quality.

The role is permanent and full-time, based in London, offering an opportunity to work at the forefront of project delivery with an experienced team and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience working on Term Maintenance contracts.
• CSCS card holder.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent; construction-related qualification.
• Able to travel to other company locations and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-planning, pre-programming and overall delivery of works, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate between clients, supervisors and subcontractors to keep sites running smoothly.
• Work with Head of Contracts to deliver all contract requirements.
• Ensure the works programme is resourced with labour, plant and materials.
• Oversee project performance and ensure monthly invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Manage a team of supervisors to complete works on time and to standard.
