Role: Lead Content Project Manager (Multimedia)

Client: E-learning start-up

We’re working with an e-learning start-up that are growing following recent investment and are looking to add a Lead Content Project Manager to their small but mighty team.

Reporting directly to the founding team, this role is pivotal in onboarding multimedia content via a wide range of providers and clients into the e-learning platform, liaising with multimedia teams and a range of internal stakeholders. This person will manage several clients concurrently, owning the content onboarding journey.

  • 3+ years in project management roles
  • A background in multimedia design/development or e-learning
  • Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multimedia projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client objectives
  • Excellent communicator; can manage a wide range of client and internal stakeholder relationships. Provides regular updates and manages expectations.
  • Can identify project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Ensure quality assurance by reviewing deliverables and providing feedback before final delivery
