Decision Analysis Services Limited (DAS) is seeking a Chartered Engineer with Civil Nuclear Safety experience to join our Systems Assurance team in Bristol. You will drive safety‑critical engagements and contribute to strategic growth across the nuclear lifecycle.

Qualifications

The Role

DAS is looking for a Chartered Engineer with Civil Nuclear Safety experience to join our growing Systems Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the nuclear sector and work on high-profile projects spanning the entire nuclear lifecycle. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead Client Engagements: Supporting clients on safety-critical projects, working to find appropriate solutions to their engineering and assurance challenges.
• Support Programme Delivery: Hands‑on project work in line with your skills and expertise, for example Safety Case Management and Safety Case report writing, and supporting clients with adoption and embedding of safety practices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders to ensure long‑term collaboration and identify opportunities for further partnership and business development.
• Contributing to DAS Growth: Enabling DAS’s civil nuclear propositions by driving internal growth and ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry needs.
• Active Ownership: Taking ownership of your professional growth, keeping abreast of industry developments, and driving direction.

We are looking for an established Safety Engineer with nuclear sector experience; specifically, a nuclear enthusiast looking for a role that utilises their technical skills alongside opportunities for professional engagement and interaction across the breadth of the industry during this transformative time.
