Alliance Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio from concept through to completion. You will lead projects, coordinate contractors and internal teams, and drive successful delivery on time and within budget.

You will manage scopes, plans and budgets while monitoring costs and timelines, addressing risks, and maintaining stakeholder expectations. A strong commercial mindset and familiarity with Monday.com are required; RICS

Qualifications

Proven experience managing construction, fit-out, refurbishment and building projects.
Track record of delivering projects from cradle to grave.
Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and project reporting experience.
Experience using project management software such as Monday.com (or similar).
Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous.
RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Develop project scopes, plans and budgets.
Monitor project performance, costs, timelines and resources.
Manage project risks, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
Build strong working relationships with external partners.
Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
