Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking project management professionals to join our expanding Real Estate team. You will lead project management commissions for retail refurbishment schemes, acting as the main client interface to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Responsibilities include establishing project governance, planning, budgeting, procurement, reporting and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects in a consultancy environment (essential)

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions end-to-end.
• Act as the day-to-day client interface to meet objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered to time and cost targets with quality standards.
• Establish governance, planning, budgeting and reporting for projects.
