Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Birmingham is expanding its Real Estate team and seeks experienced Project Managers to lead commissions from conception to delivery. You will act as the primary client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include defining success criteria, planning, governance, cross-functional team leadership, monitoring performance and reporting.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)

Responsibilities

Lead project management commissions and end-to-end service delivery.
Be the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
Lead the establishment of overall success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues.
Establish project governance, processes and systems to be used throughout the project.
Produce detailed project plans and oversee resource procurement.
Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor performance with KPIs.
Manage change control and project finances.
Facilitate regular client and consultant communications and reporting.
