Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Project Manager in London to lead occupier fit-out commissions, manage end-to-end service delivery, and ensure alignment with time, cost, and performance targets. The role involves governance, procurement, and cross-functional leadership across project teams.

You will interface with clients and senior stakeholders, drive project reporting, and take a lead role in bids and business development for major commissions.

Qualifications

• Academically qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
• Experience at Director level.
• Ideally a member of a professional body i.e. RICS, APM, CIOB.
• Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies.
• Experience of delivering CAT B office projects.
• Delivered and led teams on schemes in excess of 100,000 sqft.

Responsibilities

• Leading Project Management commissions and end-to-end service delivery.
• Establishing overall success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance).
• Leading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Leading project governance, processes and systems across the project.
• Leading project planning and detailed project plans.
• Advising on procurement of resources and cross-functional team leadership.
• Monitoring performance and managing project finances.
• Advising on contract administration, claims resolution and disputes.
• Managing client communications and formal project reports.
• Interfacing with client and other consultants at all stages; leading bids and business development.
