Job summary

Teamforce Labour Limited in Birmingham are looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee works across multiple sites. You will supervise concrete gangs, coordinate labour and ensure safety and quality.

You will carry out daily briefings, oversee pours and finishing, and manage remedial works. Travel to various sites is required and a minimum of five days per week availability.

The role suits someone with CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferred and a proven track record in concrete supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising concrete works.
• Strong experience with power floating and brush finish.
• Experience with concrete making good/remedial works.
• Willing to travel to various sites.
• Available for a minimum of 5 days per week.
• CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete gangs and ensure operatives are put to work safely and efficiently
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and task briefings
• Oversee concrete pours and finishing works
• Supervise power floating and brush finish concrete works
• Manage making good and remedial concrete works
• Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard
• Coordinate labour and site activities with site management
