Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee works in Birmingham across multiple sites. You will supervise concrete gangs, carry out daily briefings, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with power floating and brush finishing, plus making good/remedial works; CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS is preferred. Willingness to travel to sites and commit to at least five days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising concrete works.
• Strong experience with power floating and brush finish concrete.
• Experience with concrete making good/remedial works.
• Competent in briefing and directing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete gangs and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and task briefings.
• Oversee pours and finishing works.
• Coordinate labour with site management.
• Ensure works meet required standards and timelines.
