Job summary

Teamforce Labour Ltd is seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee works in Leeds and at multiple sites across the region. You will lead concrete gangs, supervise pours, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on supervision, daily briefings, and coordination with site management. Regular travel and availability for at least five days per week are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising concrete works.
• Strong experience with power floating and brush finish concrete.
• Experience with concrete making good/remedial works.
• Competent in putting men to work and carrying out briefings.
• Willing to travel to various sites as required.
• Reliable and available for a minimum of 5 days per week.
• Relevant CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
