Holmes Care Group is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Unit Manager for Craigielea Care Home to lead the Complex Care Unit and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents with complex needs.

You will manage the care team, coordinate care planning and risk assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the care team.
• Oversee daily operation of the Complex Care Unit.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date.
• Promote independence, dignity and residents' rights.
• Monitor standards and safeguarding compliance.
• Support staff through supervision and development.
• Maintain records and participate in audits.
• Communicate with residents, families and professionals.
• Identify and address residents' concerns promptly.
