Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise and motivate the care team, promoting a positive working environment.
• Oversee the daily operation of the Complex Care Unit with appropriate staffing and safe practices.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and individual support plans are accurate and regularly reviewed.
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity and rights with person-centred care.
• Monitor standards of care and safeguarding, health and safety policies.
• Provide supervision, training and performance support to staff.
• Maintain records and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
