Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dynamic Complex Care Nurse (office-based) in Edinburgh. You will deliver high-quality complex care to adults and children at clients’ homes and community settings, lead clinical teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based care plans with minimal supervision.

The role requires an NMC PIN, 2+ years of nursing experience, and the ability to train others. It is office-based with some travel and a flexible schedule to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and active registration.
• Solid nursing experience in adult/child care settings.
• Ability to lead clinical delivery and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead on clinical components of care delivery in client homes.
• Manage a client caseload and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Train and supervise non-registered staff in clinical tasks.
• Ensure adherence to clinical governance, safety and quality standards.
• Support branch growth and develop new service delivery opportunities.
