Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse for an office-based role in Northampton. You will provide clinical leadership, train carers, and manage a client caseload delivering high-quality complex care in home and community settings.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with PIN, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team. Some travel to clients and flexible hours may be needed to cover branch demands.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and full registration.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience including community or hospital setting.
• Experience in safeguarding adults and children.
• Excellent IT and presentation skills.
