Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care in Redhill is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (21 hours/week). You will provide clinical leadership across complex care services, oversee care delivery, and support new client packages to ensure high standards of patient safety.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (Adult, Pediatric or Dual Qualified) and a minimum of two years' nursing experience. Driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (Adult, Children's or Dual Qualified).
• At least 2 years' clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in training, coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to manage deadlines, analyse information and make sound decisions.
• Experience leading or supporting service improvement and change.
• Experience developing policies, guidelines or clinical resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and governance for complex care delivery.
• Support assessment and mobilisation of new care packages; complete risk assessments and care plans.
• Deliver training and supervision of staff; review MAR charts and medication practice.
