Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Service Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee shop and field activities for PSL work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Tool Technicians.
• Observe field and shop personnel for SQ/HSE adherence and train as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of training, including yearly HSE refresher courses.
• Support the service coordinators in day-to-day operations and assist on site.
• Participate in investigations of unsatisfactory and unplanned job results.
