• Observe field and shop activity for SQ/HSE adherence and train staff as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of training including yearly HSE refresher.
• Provide supervisory presence on customer job sites during complex, high-profile jobs.
• Assist service coordinators in day-to-day operations.
• Participate in investigation of unsatisfactory or unplanned results.
