Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees shop and field activities regarding PSL work to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with HSE and HMS guidelines.
• Supervises Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Tool Technicians.
• Observes field and shop personnel for SQ/HSE adherence and provides training to enhance skills.
• Ensures timely completion of training, including yearly HSE refresher courses and competency maintenance.
• Provides supervisory presence on customer job sites during complex, high-profile projects.
• Aids the service coordinators in day-to-day operations.
• Participates in investigations of unsatisfactory or unplanned job results.
