Job summary

Procare Health Ltd seeks a Registered Nurse to operate within our community nursing team in Guildford. The role involves visiting adults in their homes, assessing needs, and delivering comprehensive care under a District Nurse's guidance.

You will perform venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation, syringe drivers, end-of-life care and symptom control. Successful candidates will use EMIS for patient records and will be equipped with a work iPhone and iPad for mobile working.

Qualifications

Registered Level 1 Nurse with current NMC registration.
Ability to assess nursing needs and implement care.
Full UK driving license and vehicle for business use (adjustments allowed).
Ability to prioritise visits and organise workload.

Responsibilities

Visit adult patients in their own homes with identified nursing needs.
Deliver nursing care including venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation, syringe drivers, end of life care and symptom control.
Work under the direction of a District Nurse and progress towards Band 6 Senior Community Nurse as competencies are achieved.
Use EMIS for documentation; work with iPhone/iPad for mobile working.
