Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.
• Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations.
• Report monthly on the cost outcomes and status of contracts.
• Coordinate changes or amendments in NEC 3/4 Option A & C contracts as required.
• Analyse changes and assess liability exposure.
