Job Overview

An opportunity for an Architect to lead a major commercial office project in Bristol, taking responsibility from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion. The role is suited to an ARB registered Architect with commercial project experience, strong technical delivery skills, and Revit proficiency. You will support the delivery of workplace and retrofit schemes while coordinating consultants, stakeholders, and project teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design development from Stage 2 onwards

• Prepare statutory and planning submissions
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery and quality standards
