Job summary

Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is seeking an experienced Lead Coach to join its newly established Executive Coaching team. You will lead coaching across MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Education, shaping delivery at scale and ensuring integration with the learning journey.

Reporting to the Director of Executive Coaching, you will work with programme teams and a growing network of coaches to design approaches, maintain quality assurance and build a world-class coaching community.

Qualifications

• Professional executive coaching qualifications and accreditation.
• Significant experience delivering executive coaching to senior professionals and leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to operate confidently within complex, fast-moving environments.
• A commitment to coaching excellence, continuous professional development and quality assurance.
• A collaborative and consultative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Coach across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring coaching interventions are impactful, evidence-based and aligned with programme outcomes.
• Partner with Programme Leaders and collaborate with Programme Directors to design coaching approaches that enhance learning and leadership development.
• Build and support a world-class coaching community, including external coaches, with focus on selection, onboarding and quality assurance.
• Influence strategic development and help shape scalable coaching infrastructure for Oxford Saïd.
