Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is seeking an experienced Lead Coach to join its newly established Executive Coaching team. You will lead coaching across MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Education, shaping delivery at scale and ensuring integration with the learning journey.
Reporting to the Director of Executive Coaching, you will work with programme teams and a growing network of coaches to design approaches, maintain quality assurance and build a world-class coaching community.
Grade 8: £49,119 - £58,265 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and credible Lead Coach to join our newly established Executive Coaching team and play a key role in delivering this vision.
This is an opportunity to influence the future of coaching at scale, working with senior leaders, programme directors, faculty and an exceptional community of coaches while helping shape a distinctive coaching proposition for Oxford Saïd.
Reporting to the Director of Executive Coaching, you will act as a lead practitioner and trusted advisor, ensuring coaching excellence across a portfolio of programmes including MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Education.
You will work closely with programme teams to design and deliver impactful coaching experiences, oversee coach deployment and quality assurance, and ensure coaching is fully integrated into the learning journey.
This role combines executive coaching expertise with stakeholder engagement, programme leadership and strategic development. You will help build the systems, processes and coaching community that will enable Oxford Saïd to deliver exceptional coaching experiences at scale.
Provide executive coaching directly to programme participants where required, supporting leaders at different career stages and across diverse sectors and geographies.
You will be an experienced executive coach with strong professional credibility and a passion for helping individuals and organisations achieve meaningful development outcomes.

Experience within leadership development, executive education, business schools, professional services, organisational development or talent development environments would be particularly valuable.
