Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd. in Rugby is seeking a Lead CNC Milling Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will lead a small group, set and program 3-4 axis CNC machines, and edit Fanuc programs for various projects.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience machining complex components.
• Skilled with Fanuc controls (Programming).
• Offline CAD/CAM programming experience is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of milling machinists (Training & Developing)
• Set, operate and programming of 3-4 axis CNC machines
• Create and edit programs using Fanuc (Online)
• Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations
• Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
