Qualifications

• 10+ years' CNC milling experience.
• Strong experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and Mill Plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to take on Leading Hand responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
• Online programming using G-code.
• Work with Fanuc / Mill Plus controls.
• Machine components using 4‑axis milling.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity.
• Carry out setting and prove‑out of jobs.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Work efficiently and use your own initiative.
