Responsibilities

• Oversee Lathe Area machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues with the Lathe team.
• Motivate the team and meet output targets in a 24/7 environment.
• Deliver technical training and support to Lathe Area staff.
• Plan with Production Control to meet departmental needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
• Support service visits for machinery and equipment.
• Identify and drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
