• 4+ years of professional software/cloud/security engineering
• 2+ years of people leadership and mentoring
• Deep experience securing cloud environments across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Terraform and cloud automation tools
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable engineering solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team delivering cloud security controls as software products
• Set technical direction and drive high-quality execution across design, deployment and production support
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews and code reviews
• Ensure reliability, performance and continuous improvement of products in production
• Collaborate with product managers and platform teams to align roadmaps and priorities
• Foster a modern delivery culture with test-driven development and fast feedback
