Job Title: Lead Cloud Security Architect

Location: London

Corporate Title: Vice President

This position exists within the Enterprise Security Architecture & Enablement team of the Chief Security Office at Deutsche Bank. The team provides guidance on security architecture, principles, strategies, roadmaps, standards, and best practices to promote advanced cyber capabilities. The Cloud Security Architect will support the Global Head of Enterprise Security Architecture in establishing and communicating Deutsche Bank’s Enterprise Security Architecture, driving strategic initiatives across the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Design secure cloud platforms (Public and Hybrid) following industry best practices and bank policies, using a risk-based compliance approach.
• Shape and understand the end-to-end Cloud security strategy, governance, and architecture across IT projects.
• Review Cloud products, architecture decisions, and participate in design authorities.
• Lead the cloud security team, managing performance and workload.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures; identify architectural risks in projects.
• Create thought leadership to influence cloud security strategies.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Stay updated on emerging threats and security controls.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies.
