Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Radiological Physics post based at Leeds General Infirmary. The post holder will apply a broad range of specialised, complex scientific and technical services and computing support within the department and, as contracted, to other NHS providers.

You will lead and develop your team, provide teaching and training of NHS staff in Radiological Physics, and direct research and development activity to advance the service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radiological Physics services and advise on safety, testing and calibration.
• Manage a team and develop teaching to NHS staff.
• Coordinate research and development activities within the group.
• Provide safety frameworks and expert advice on radiological physics matters.
