CSL is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical studies from protocol development through final report. The role combines hands-on study leadership with CRO collaboration in a full-outsource operating model.

You will work in a hybrid setup with sites in Maidenhead (UK), Melbourne (Aus), or Zurich (CH), guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring study quality and timely delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead all scientific elements of clinical studies from protocol development through to execution and final reporting.
• Write and take responsibility for study protocols, clinical study reports, and other critical documents.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with CROs alongside the clinical operations lead.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional study teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to the scientific interpretation of clinical data and supporting documentation.
• Build strong working relationships across our global team, including colleagues in the US and Australia.
