CSL Seqirus is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical studies from protocol development to close-out, co-owning end-to-end execution with outsourced partners. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Maidenhead, UK, and options in Melbourne or Zurich.

You will author protocols and clinical study reports, partner with clinical operations, and drive scientific interpretation of data to advance development programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with clinical studies from protocol development through to close-out.
• Experience writing clinical study protocols and clinical study reports directly.
• Experience working within a full-outsource/CRO-dependent operating model.
• Collaborative, cross-functional working style, comfortable building relationships.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of clinical studies end-to-end as the scientific and operational anchor with outsourced partners.
• Lead all scientific elements from protocol development through study execution to final reports.
• Write and/or take responsibility for study protocols, clinical study reports, and other core documents.
• Manage day-to-day CRO relationships under a full-outsource operating model alongside the clinical operations lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional study teams to ensure quality and timely delivery and contribute to data interpretation.
