You will oversee study set-up, recruitment, procedures, data quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring high standards of governance and patient safety.

Formación

• Leadership and management experience in clinical research settings.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and research governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of research nurses and support staff to deliver a portfolio of clinical studies across the Trust.
• Oversee study setup, participant recruitment, protocol procedures, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert advice on clinical research, staff development and education; drive continuous improvement.
