Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to assume the role of Principal Clinical Psychologist in the West Complex Needs Service. You will join a senior leadership team, providing specialist assessment and direct/indirect psychological care, while supervising and training colleagues across the service.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology with multiple therapies.
• Registered with HCPC as Clinical Psychologist.
• Post-qualification specialist training in one or more psychotherapy approaches (e.g., CAT, EMDR, DBT).
• Experience with supervision, consultation and leadership is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and interventions.
• Lead and supervise within a senior leadership team.
• Carry a clinical caseload and provide supervision/training to the wider service.
• Contribute to service development and working with primary care and third sector.
