Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Brief Interventions Clinical Lead in East Surrey (Reigate) to provide clinical leadership within the community neighbourhood team. You will support nursing and multidisciplinary colleagues, manage complex cases, and lead service improvement and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical leadership within community mental health
• Ability to supervise and support multidisciplinary staff
• Strong commitment to evidence-based patient care

Responsibilities

• Provides highly specialist advice and support to nurses/multidisciplinary team.
• Manages complex cases with leadership and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Leads clinical audits in own specialist area and contributes to service improvement and policy changes.
• Delivers specialist education and training to staff, students and patients/clients.
