Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary lead and escalation point for a dedicated portfolio of private equity and real estate structures, taking full accountability for company secretarial, governance, and administrative deliverables.
• Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage and mentor a small, focused team, driving clarity around operational goals, performance priorities, and cross-jurisdictional service standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to guarantee best-in-class, compliant service execution across all entities.
• Operational Transformation: Drive process improvements and business change initiatives across the department, leading the team through system and workflow developments.
