This role will bridge UK and international teams and support budgeting, revenue tracking, and workforce planning as part of a newly created function.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive background in operational management, practice management, finance control, or business operations within professional services, mid-tier accountancy, or regulated financial environments.

• Direct the commercial engine of the business unit, overseeing quarterly billing cycles, fee collection, debtor management, and revenue forecasting across UK and international operations.
• Design and maintain executive dashboard reporting to track key operational metrics, capacity planning, and business KPIs.
