Barings in London seeks a Client Portfolio Manager for its Private Credit team. The role supports business development, communicates investment strategies, and helps with client reporting and marketing materials.

You will assist in meetings with clients and prospects, contribute to proposals and DDQs, and participate in product development for the Private Credit platform in a fast‑growing segment of private debt.

Qualifications

• Experience building client relationships in private debt or credit strategies.
• Strong communication of investment strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Comfort with creating marketing materials and client reporting.
• Ability to support RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires and product development.

Responsabilités

• Support business development for Barings' European Private Credit capabilities.
• Communicate investment strategies to grow assets under management.
• Prepare updates on Private Credit market performance and levels.
• Assist in client meetings with current and prospective clients.
• Contribute to client proposals, pitches and DDQs; review reporting materials.
