Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Lead Project Manager (Civils) to deliver the Banniskirk Hub within the Pathway to 2030 programme. You will manage Civil & Building packages and lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project and Senior Project Managers, coordinating with external delivery contractors and consultants to ensure safe, compliant and timely delivery.

Travel to sites in the north of Scotland is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams to deliver large infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial background with multi-million pound contracts (over £100m).
• Advanced communication skills and governance for large project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Civil & Building packages within the wider transmission projects.
• Lead a team of Project and Senior Project Managers and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Uphold safety performance and ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements.
