SSE plc is seeking a Lead Project Manager (Civils) to drive the delivery of Civil & Building packages for the Banniskirk Hub as part of the Pathway to 2030 Programme. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring safety, governance and on-time delivery across sites in Scotland.

The role requires regular travel to sites in the north of Scotland and advocates the energy transition aligned with government Net Zero ambitions. A strong NEC contract background is beneficial.

Formación

• Experience leading project teams on large infrastructure projects.
• Senior level delivery experience in civil/building projects.
• Strong commercial background managing contracts >£100m (NEC preferred).
• Engineering/construction/project management qualification or degree.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of Civil & Building packages within wider transmission projects.
• Lead a team of Project and Senior Project Managers and coordinate with external contractors and consultants.
• Collaborate with Transmission Management to meet safety, regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, stakeholders and communities to support project delivery.
• Provide site-based leadership to drive progress and SHEQ outcomes.
