Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Civils / Piling Construction Manager to join a major UK onshore project in Mold. You will lead civils and piling activities, focusing on early works, while ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project specifications and schedules.

You will manage site construction teams and contractors, monitor progress, address non-conformances, and support commercial and contractual aspects of EPCM projects.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in engineering-related discipline.
• ECITB Temporary Works qualification or equivalent.
• CSCS Gold Card or higher.
• Current SMSTS qualification.
• Proven management experience in engineering construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civils and piling construction activities on site aligned with project schedules and procedures.
• Implement and monitor HSE requirements; ensure contractor compliance with the Construction HSE Management Plan.
• Manage mobilisation/demobilisation of resources and ensure qualified personnel on site.
• Review processes for improvements and ensure changes are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, COSHH, permit-to-work and other UK safety legislation.
