Job summary

Airswift is recruiting a Civils/Piling Construction Manager for a 12-month onshore project in North Wales. You will oversee early works, drive adherence to HSSE, quality and schedule, and manage contractor performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC in an engineering-related subject or a trade apprenticeship with appropriate technical qualification.
• Experience managing engineering construction projects and overseeing compliance.
• Experience reviewing contractor progress against drawings, specifications and scopes.
• Experience supporting onshore construction activities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee early works delivery to meet project standards, specifications and schedule.
• Manage safety, quality, and HSSE requirements across civils and piling activities.
• Provide contractor oversight and drive safe, compliant execution to handover.
