Job summary

CHG Electrical is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day civil delivery across UK sites, reporting to Operations Director. You will coordinate programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractors while maintaining HSE standards.

You will work with account managers, site supervisors and estimators to ensure projects meet specifications and commercial objectives, while driving safe, on‑time delivery and client satisfaction across utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven civil project delivery experience within utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong project leadership and coordination across multiple sites.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations including CDM.
• Commercial awareness with capability to manage budgets and variations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple civil engineering projects across the UK.
• Plan and manage project teams, resources, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, risks and variations and report to leadership.
• Ensure technical delivery meets scope, specifications and compliance requirements.
