Job summary

CHG Electrical is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of multiple civil projects across the UK, combining technical know-how with commercial awareness to drive safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Based in Sheffield with travel to UK-wide sites, the role offers a £50,000-£60,000 DOE salary, car allowance, fuel card, performance bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil projects in utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Knowledge of HSE, CDM regulations.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple civil engineering projects.
• Plan resources, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and risks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and health and safety standards.
• Provide progress reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
