Qualifications

• Requires BSc/HND in Civil Engineering and professional track record.
• Proven experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing subcontractors.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, quality and performance.
• Provide strong leadership to project and site teams.
• Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with standards.
• Manage commercial performance and identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive collaboration across design, commercial, engineering and construction teams.
• Support development of people and foster a positive project culture.
