Job summary

- Chartered or near-chartered civil engineer with proven leadership experience.
- Strong design and technical delivery capabilities for infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- Mentor engineers and technicians to foster technical development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a technical advisor.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Support business development and growth of the Birmingham office.
