Job summary

You will lead on-site delivery from mobilisation through to handover, coordinating mechanical and electrical installation works to meet programme, quality, and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as an M&E Site Manager on CHP or large-scale building services projects.
• Proven ability to deliver live healthcare projects with strict safety and operational continuity.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site delivery of CHP replacement from mobilisation to handover.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation works to meet programme, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work complies with hospital protocols.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and RAMS compliance.
• Maintain communication with hospital estates teams to mitigate disruptions.
• Oversee permit-to-work processes and site access documentation.
• Review drawings and method statements for design alignment.
• Produce daily progress reports and escalate risks to project management.
• Ensure testing and commissioning activities are completed efficiently.
