• Acts as direct line manager to the School Nursing Team across Sherwood Park Special Needs School Campus.
• Develops and implements integrated working to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with Sutton Health and Care and Epsom and St Helier Hospitals policies and guidelines.
• Leads on policy/service change proposals and coordinates with senior leaders.
• Manages reports and KPIs for the service and coordinates care delivery across teams.
