Job summary

Responsibilities

• Line manage the School Nursing Team across Sherwood Park special school campuses.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversee delivery of nursing care.
• Manage emergencies, safeguarding and complex clinical issues.
• Develop integrated working with therapists, education staff and families.
• Ensure policies and guidelines are followed and contribute to service change proposals.
• Meet KPIs for school nursing and continence services; ensure timely service reports.
