Job summary

Keys Group is seeking Residential Support Workers for our Children’s Home in Holbeach. You will work with children aged 8–18, supporting their emotional, physical and social needs, and accompany them to appointments and activities.

Role includes personal care, daily routines, and documenting reports, with a focus on safeguarding and wellbeing. Benefits include a comprehensive induction, pension, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience working with children/young people preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts including long days and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
• Accompanying them to appointments, school, and activities
• Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
• Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
• Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports
• Promoting wellbeing and safeguarding the young people
